Overview:

We are seeking additional concrete labourers to join our team. These individuals are responsible for all manual labour necessary for the construction of concrete foundations. This role involves physical stamina and consistent situational awareness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Operation of power tools
  • Raking stone for footings
  • Installing tile
  • Shoveling dirt or stone
  • Dig pads
  • Assist with building footing and walls
  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite
  • Assist foreman when required
  • All other duties assigned

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous construction experience required
  • Physical stamina for demanding tasks
  • Experience using tools
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Wage Range:

The hourly range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $25.00 and $28.00 per hour. However, the range offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
