This project delivered 12 versatile units designed for office, retail, and light industrial use within a single-storey, steel-framed building. The exterior combines stone masonry with insulated metal panels, creating a modern, energy-efficient façade, while expansive curtain wall glazing fills the interiors with natural light and enhances the tenant experience. Large rear overhead doors support efficient shipping and receiving, making the units both functional and attractive. The development serves as a modern commercial hub, supporting continued business growth and economic development in the Town of Carleton Place.
