The Highway 7 Resurfacing project involved partial-depth asphalt removal and paving of top lift asphalt on both sides of the Town of Perth for a total length of resurfacing of 26.4 km, spanning from approximately Drummond Concession 9A to Anglican Church Road. The scope of work included grading, drainage improvements, granular base, asphalt resurfacing, truck inspection station improvements, intersection electrical upgrades, and structural rehabilitation.
