Shea Village is an urban subdivision development in the south end of Stittsville consisting of 98 single-family homes, 184 townhouses and 184 back-to-back townhouses for a total of 466 residential units. This project involves installation of sewers, watermain, roadways, concrete curb, sidewalk and landscaping works as well as 1,400 m of offsite storm sewer and 400 m of off-site watermain. It also includes construction of Pond 4 and a community park as part of the Fernbank Community Design Plan. Shea Village is the perfect example of our vertical integration model involving almost all divisions of the Cavanagh Group of Companies including Thomas Cavanagh Construction Ltd., Asphalt, Cavanagh Concrete, Aggregates, West End Forming, Residential One, Cavanagh Developments, Cavanagh Realty and Patten Homes.
