HISTORY
The company established in 1953 when Thomas Cavanagh recognized an opportunity and purchased a single axle dump truck. In 1969, Thomas Cavanagh Construction incorporated with the purchase of its first aggregate production plant. Since then, the company has grown exponentially and has expanded into all sectors of the construction industry. The same values and quality work remain here today at Thomas Cavanagh Construction.

RURAL & URBAN DEVELOPMENT
Thomas Cavanagh Construction takes great pride in applying our unique talent, resources, and expertise to shape the future of the communities in which we live and work. Our Planning, Engineering, and Development department has developed over 50 subdivisions in the last 20 years, ranging in size from 15 to 1,500 building lots. Currently, we have over 40 subdivisions in various stages of completion in and around Ottawa.
