Overview
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Technician to join our growing team. This role involves providing hands-on and remote support to end-users, maintaining hardware and software across various platforms, and contributing to the execution of IT projects. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with excellent time management skills, capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to Cavanagh users both on-site & remotely
- Set up and maintain Laptops/Desktops in a primarily Microsoft Environment & a mixed environment of IOS and Android Smartphones & Tablets
- Assist in the maintenance of Network Equipment
- Maintain IT & Asset Documentation
- Participate in the Planning and execution of new IT initiatives
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of Experience working in an IT support role
- Strong problem solving, planning and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and own form of transportation to get to and from work
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Passion to work in a fast paced, growing and dynamic organization
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed.

Wage Range:
The salary range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $24.00 per hour and $29.00 per hour. However, the range offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
