We are looking for a Client Care Co-Ordinator/Systems Administrator to join our growing team and help us deliver exceptional building projects.
The Client Care Co-Ordinator/System Administrator role is a blend of customer service and technical proficiencies. This person will guide our home buyers through the selection process, provide them with construction updates, all while providing support to our site team to ensure accuracy in the build and a positive client experience.
Client Care Co-Ordinator
· Establish a rapport with all home buyers to create a positive build experience.
· Send Welcome email to home buyers after the sales process
· Connect home buyers with our Design Consultant and ensure timely flow of selections
· Create client addendums in our ERP Systems and get sign offs
· Communicate with trade partners for options pricing and review to ensure accuracy
· Update and manage selections in our ERP Systems
· Communicate with home buyers through the construction process and provide updates.
· Co-ordinate site visits and framing walkthroughs with home buyers and site staff
· Field all home buyer questions and concerns until Day of closing
· Schedule Pre-Delivery Inspections
Systems Admin
· Create and maintain Developments, Lots, Models, Elevations, and Options in ERP System
· Update and Maintain Vendor Contracts in ERP System
· Issue Work Order and Purchase Orders
· Provide timely uploads of Permits, Drawings, and other documents to Erp System
· Ensure accuracy for all client and trade information on
· Coordinate site visits with clients when necessary
· Collaborate with staff and trade partners to resolve issues related to design/specifications
· Work with management to identify inefficiencies and suggestion improvements
· Update required information on Sales Data Sheet
· Trouble shoot and assist staff, trades, suppliers with our ERP Systems
· Work with mangers and team to find efficiencies in processes and use of our ERP System
Requirements:
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
