Overview:

Our team is growing; we are looking at hiring a Delivery Driver/Yard Labourer for our Albion Quarry. The Ideal candidate will be delivering products (sand, gravel, etc.) on site in a triaxle, and to job sites as needed, and also be required to assist in the yard when needed. This position is Monday-Friday (occasional saturday’s) and expected to be 8-10 hour days.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver internal materials to cement plant

  • Follow all regulations for a CVOR vehicle, including a circle check

The Swamper assists the Vac Truck Operator with the safe and efficient operation of vacuum services at various job sites. This physically demanding role involves handling hoses, supporting cleanup, aiding in material loading/unloading, and following all safety protocols. The Swamper plays a key role in maintaining job site efficiency and safety, and must be reliable, physically fit, and able to work in varying weather and environmental conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Vac Truck Operator with setup, operation, and cleanup of vacuum equipment at various work sites.
  • Help with handling vacuum hoses and tools to suction and remove materials from areas such as excavation sites, trenches, tanks, or sewer systems.
  • Support flushing of lines and assist sewer crews during water and sewer line commissioning.
  • Aid in loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling of waste according to environmental and safety guidelines.

  • Generate cut/fill maps, material quantities, and earth balance reports for estimating.
  • Create subgrade, finish grade, and comparison surfaces to support bid preparation and value‑engineering.
  • Identify inconsistencies, grading conflicts, and design errors in consultant drawings and communicate them proactively.
  • Support estimators by providing accurate quantities for earth, topsoil, granulars, asphalt, curb, and other civil materials.
  • Produce color maps, volume reports, and visualizations to support bid submissions and internal reviews.
  • Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure models reflect constructible, cost‑effective solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in earthworks modelling, CAD drafting, or civil construction estimating support.
  • Strong proficiency in Trimble Business Center, Bluebeam, Excel, and familiarity with AutoCAD.
  • Deep understanding of grading, drainage, and civil construction methods.
  • Proven ability to convert 2D plans into clean, accurate 3D surfaces.
  • Experience balancing sites, optimizing grades, and preparing quantity takeoffs.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing bid requirements.
  • Detail‑driven mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
  • Experience with UAV/LiDAR/Photogrammetry data is an asset.
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, Survey Technology, or related field.

Wage Range:

The salary range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $65,000 per year and $85,000 per year. Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Technician to join our growing team. This role involves providing hands-on and remote support to end-users, maintaining hardware and software across various platforms, and contributing to the execution of IT projects. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with excellent time management skills, capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to Cavanagh users both on-site & remotely
  • Set up and maintain Laptops/Desktops in a primarily Microsoft Environment & a mixed environment of IOS and Android Smartphones & Tablets
  • Assist in the maintenance of Network Equipment
  • Maintain IT & Asset Documentation
  • Participate in the Planning and execution of new IT initiatives

Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of Experience working in an IT support role
  • Strong problem solving, planning and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license and own form of transportation to get to and from work
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
